To register your event as an official Outlands event and have it posted on the web calendar and in the OH:
- Have your event registration form completed and signed by all necessary parties.
- Send this event form to the Kingdom Event Coordinator and the Kingdom Chronicler via snail mail or email if you have access to a scanner - email is not a requirement. The mailing address is on the form (you can find the form here:
http://www.outlands.org/Default.aspx?tabid=115- Once the event form is received (with all required signatures) and cleared for conflicts the Event Coordinator and the Chronicler will make sure the event gets onto the kingdom calendar (both online and in the OH)
- Ideally any articles for the OH will be sent via email so that there is a less likely chance errors being created in the re-typing. If there is someone who absolutely cannot email an event article, they should send the event article along with the event registration form. However, it is much easier if updated articles (as the event gets closer) can be email if only due to time constraints for printing the OH.
