The Outlandish Herald (OH) is the newsletter for the Kingdom of the Outlands.  As such, the OH should be a showpiece of the Outlands, showing our kingdom in the finest possible light. The job of the Chronicler is to make certain that the OH upholds high standards of excellence in order to show the pride that the Outlands has in itself, and provide the best possible reflection of the Society.
