Role Impact: As the Services Deputy, you will play an essential role in managing various kingdom web properties, including the Outlands Services Portal (OSP), and providing support to branch web ministers. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth operation and accessibility of our digital resources, enhancing the overall experience for our community members.

Key Responsibilities

Outlands Services Portal (OSP) Management

  • Oversight: Assist the Technology Coordinator in managing the Outlands Services Portal, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and functioning smoothly.

Support to Branch Web Ministers

  • Assistance: Provide guidance and support to branch web ministers, helping them manage their local web properties effectively.
  • Training: Offer training sessions and resources to enhance the digital skills of branch web ministers.

Technical Support

  • Troubleshooting: Address technical issues related to kingdom web properties promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Technology Coordinator and other relevant parties to resolve complex technical problems.

Digital Resource Management

  • Coordination: Work closely with the Technology Coordinator to manage and optimize digital resources across the kingdom.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement improvements to digital resources to better serve the community’s needs.

Community Engagement

  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for community members seeking assistance with digital services.
  • Feedback: Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
